For Existing patients to gain discounts

For each new referral you can receive a 10% discount off your next check up fee. If you refer 10 people you get a free check up. More than 10 and the extra is carried over to the following check-up.

To receive this, the new patient must attend and pay for an initial consultation. Only one discount for each new patient -make sure the patient let's us know that you referred them.
